These Lions left the iPad's on the charger and broke out a good old fashion dictionary yesterday. The first assignment was:
📖 Describe yourself using words from a page in the dictionary. Students tore a page out of an old dictionary, and marked out the words they did not want. The final result was a short poem about themselves made up of the words left on the page!
📓 The second assignment was a tried and true one. Use the dictionary to define vocabulary words!

Earlier this week, the Lincoln County Transportation Team participated in fire extinguisher training. The team went over the steps of properly inspecting a fire extinguisher, and practiced putting out a fire on the fire simulator.
