Lincoln County Schools Summer Meal Box Program-Pre-Registration Form

In partnership with the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) through the WVDE Office of Child Nutrition, Lincoln County Schools will be offering 7-day meal boxes during the weeks when summer school is not in session. Each box includes shelf-stable items that provide one breakfast and one lunch per day for a total of seven days. 

This program is free for all children age 18 and under in Lincoln County Schools, but pre-registration is required by June 2nd. If more than one student lives in your household, complete a pre-registration for each student separately. Only children who are pre-registered will be eligible to receive a meal box, as each box will be pre-ordered specifically for that student.

Meal Box Pickup Locations:

  • Midway Elementary School

  • Lincoln County High School

  • West Hamlin Elementary School

  • Harts PK-8 School

Pickup Time:

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pickup Dates:

  • June 9

  • June 16

  • June 23

  • June 30

  • August 6
