In our continuing efforts to keep our schools safe and prepared for emergency situations, we are conducting our third countywide Active Threat Drill tomorrow, February 8th. These drills are routine and there is no cause for alarm. If you need to sign a student out while the drill is ongoing, you may be asked to wait until the drill is over. We appreciate your cooperation during this important safety exercise.

February is Love the Bus Month. Whether is be the drive to or from school, a class field trip, an away game, bus operators support our students and their education in many different ways. To show our appreciation, please print off one of the pictures below, fill them out, and hand it to a bus driver who has had an impact on you or your student. Our drivers will collect these throughout the month of February. At the end of the month, we will hang all the pictures up together in the transportation office!

Students from Harts PK-8 took a trip to LCHS this morning to see what opportunities are waiting from them at the high school. Harts students visited each CTE classroom, learned about athletic programs, and took a tour of the high school's academic wings. It was a great morning hosting these future Panthers!

Students at Midway Elementary are getting creative with their lessons. Kindergartners are using the interactive TV to explore subtraction. 1st graders have recorded a podcast discussing the Farm to Table concept. 5th Graders created a figurative language using Keynote. Exciting (and hands on lessons) engaging our students! #LearninginLincoln
