Bus announcement for West Hamlin Elementary, GVMS and LCHS students that ride the Nine Mile Bus (Bus 2133). Bus 2133 will not be running on Thursday and Friday, March 24 and 25, the route will be covered by bus 2093, morning and evening. In the mornings, Bus 2093 will leave the turnaround on Nine Mile at 6:30 AM. This will be earlier than the normal scheduled pick-up time. Please be at the bus stop ready to board the bus. Early morning pick-ups, field trips, afternoon drop-offs, and sporting events, a school bus drivers work is never done. Our bus drivers are dedicated to our students, and we are so thankful for them! The bus drivers pictured below had perfect attendance for the 2nd Quarter!

Bus announcement for Midway Elementary, Duval PK-8 and LCHS students. Bus 223 (Randy Roberts) will be without coverage today, Tuesday, March 22, 2022. The students on Little Coal River Road and Pine Grove Road that attend Duval PK-8 and LCHS can meet bus 167 and Bus 225 at Midway Elementary at 7:25 AM. The students that live on Childress Road can ride bus 167, please be at the bus stop 10 minutes earlier. We apologize for any inconveniences as we do our best to cover driver shortages.

Bus 220 (Jerry Roberts) will pick the students up that normally ride Bus 2135 after he drops off his students at Duval Primary and to the transfer buses. He will leave the Duval Primary building at approximately 7:40 AM. He will run Sugar Tree Road, Sycamore Road and then Merritts Creek. Bus 164 (Jessica Bailey) will be running 10 earlier in the morning, Thursday, March 10, 2022, due to picking up her students and the students from Bus 221 (L.J.) She should be on schedule for students that normally ride Bus 221. Bus 151 (Scott Neace) will be picking up the students on Short Bend. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
