LCS has received a $100,000 grant from the EPA to assist in the purchase of five new school buses. Lincoln County was one of three counties in West Virginia to be awarded this grant. Transportation Director Peggy Stone was able to secure this grant by selling back old diesel school buses. Thank you Mrs. Stone for leading the way on this!
Bus announcement for West Hamlin Elementary, GVMS and LCHS students who ride Bus 2113 (Herbert Thacker). Bus 2113 will not be running tomorrow, Friday, April 8, 2022. A bus will leave GVMS at 7:20 to pick up the students on Six Mile Road, Blue Lick Road, and Hubball Road that normally ride Bus 2113. The students on Rt 10 that normally ride Bus 2113 will be picked up at normal time. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause as we are trying our best to cover driver absences.

Bus 169 will be picking up the students who normally ride Bus 222 after he drops off his students at West Hamlin Elementary.
