Every year, you must:
- Get a background check ($35)
- Fill out a volunteer application
If you trained in 2023 or 2024, your training is still good—but you still need to apply again this year.

Go online to uenroll.identogo.com and use Service Code 228QN5
- Facility ID: UEWV00104 (this schedules your fingerprint appointment at LCC in Hamlin)
Cost: $35
Bring one of these ID items to your appointment:
- Driver’s license (or learner’s permit)
- State ID, passport, green card, military ID, etc.

After the check, results go to Lincoln County Schools – Attn: Sue Burton

Pick the date & place that works best for you – any school is fine!

Please try to go to a training in August or September.
✅ If you wait until spring, you might miss the chance to join end-of-year trips.
