Jacqueline McCann is a dedicated 3rd-grade Reading teacher at Harts PK-8 in Harts, WV, known for her innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from West Virginia State University, McCann has devoted her career to fostering environments where respect, trust, and meaningful relationships pave the way for student learning and growth.
